The City of Tucson Housing & Community Development Department has published a Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact and Intent to Release Funds for the Tucson House Rehabilitation Project. The project will transform the existing 408-unit complex into a 358-unit affordable housing facility, with renovations planned over 30 months. Funding includes Choice Neighborhoods Initiative and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds. Public comments on the Environmental Review Record are accepted until March 3, 2025. The project is deemed to have no significant environmental impact.
