The purpose of Our Local Living is to connect people, homes, and community. This site builds connections by providing information and resources for and about the local Tucson community. We do this by showcasing local businesses, providing resources about local news and events, and providing resources to help people find the perfect place to live. Tucson is an vibrant place with a great deal of history and local character.
This site is curated by me, Marta Bustamante — I am a real estate professional working in the greater Tucson area. With Our Local Living, I wanted to create a resource that is more than just a mechanism to buy and sell property. Like a “regular” real estate website, this site provides resources to help connect people with homes. More importantly, however, this site is meant to provide the greater context that is often ignored by real estate professionals: The community where properties are situated, including the neighborhoods, events, local businesses, and culture that shape our experience of living in Tucson.
